        Everyone knows that English is a global language in the world. It is also one of the languages that is widely used in various countries. In my view, English is an unique language because there are many interesting things that you will get after learning more about this language. To learn a language, there are people who have to learn through courses and some are self-taught or autodidact.

        Not a few people say that English is a difficult language to learn. This is very understandable because English has various kinds of rules or structures that must be understood. They think they have to go to a course or anything else to study it more deeply so that they gain understanding in English. In there, they are provided with various kinds of material as well as others that they must understand and learn.

        As for those who learn English in a self-taught or autodidact way, they can learn it from anywhere by themselves. With the rapid development of technology, it is easier for them to learn English in a variety of ways. They can learn via the internet or applications that provide various explanatory videos, quizzes or games related to English and so on. They can also learn from movies, songs or books in English. They say it is effective in learning English due to it can improve their pronunciations and vocabularies skills. 

        With these two different ways of learning, they certainly have their own strengths and weaknesses. But the most important thing is that they are active in learning English no matter what.
